POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS ENUMERATION TO BEGIN WEEK OF JULY 12

The Development Planning Unit in the Premier’s Office is informing the public that the enumeration process for the Virgin Islands 2010 Population and Housing Census will commence this month.

Beginning the week of July 12, enumerators will start visiting homes on weekends and in the evenings between 5 – 9 pm to conduct face-to-face interviews with households to complete the Census questionnaire.

All persons are required to provide accurate information. Responses are held strictly confidential and are protected under the Statistics Act, 2005. Persons should contact the Development Planning Unit at 468-3701 ext. 2175 for more information.
