ARBOUR DAY ACTIVITIES

The National Parks Trust is celebrating Arbour Day activities during the month of November under the theme, “Protect the reef. Plant a Tree.”

Planned activities include a poetry competition, community tree plantings, a radio trivia quiz and a plant sale at the J.R. O’Neal Botanic Gardens.

Arbour Day celebrations culminate with a ceremony at the Enis Adams Primary School on November 28 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a tree planting on the school’s grounds.
